Been busy, so veg out!

I’m still rockin’ the vegan way.  I haven’t had a ton of time to experiment, but this weekend yeilded some great trys.  Banana pancakes from La Dolce Vegan were amazing.  But, the best experiment through all of my vegan adventures has been the Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies from PPK.  Ryan said he wants me to make them again, vegan or not.  They’re a hit!
