New Year’s Eve
We celebrated New Years Eve here in NYC with our friends. Naturally, absolute wackiness ensued, but we had a blast with Twister, home made party hats, and a view of the fireworks in Central Park.
Before the party I made dinner for Ryan and I. I’m loving Veganomicon, the one thing I wanted for Christmas and got! A veritable paradise of fun and flavors. I made the mushroom rice soup in hopes that I could help Ryan’s sinus issues. I served it with bread toasted with a bit of olive oil and basil.

For our party I provided some tasty treats, all from V’con, so everyone could start the New Year on a healthy note. Our friends Steph and Paul also brought Vegan fare just because they’re that awesome.
