Cheerie-o and Pip Pip
Greetings from jolly ol’ England! Well, not really. We’re still just here in New York, but for dinner I took a tip from Vegan Yum Yum and brought a bit of the home country, home. I made her version of Bubble and Squeak. If you have leftover brussel sprouts, this is the way to go. I love her recipes because they’re so easy to follow and well explained. I served the squeakers with Smoked Apple Sage Field Roast Sausages smothered in homemade porcini gravy. The hubster loved the whole meal and said it should go to the top of the list.
