Tofu Secrets
I finally made tofu the way I’ve always wanted it to come out…with a bit of chew and a crisp outside. The secret you probably all know and took me forever to find out is to freeze it and then cook it defrosted. It really punches up the texture.
I made a homemade teriyaki sauce with onions and garlic for the tofu. Served that up with fresh broccoli and red pepper over rice.
